JOANIA TOURS USA acts as a travel agency and intermediary between customers and third-party travel service providers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, cruise lines, theme parks, car rental companies, and tour operators.
All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective service providers.
No Refund Policy
All purchases made with JOANIA TOURS USA are final.
Once payment is completed, NO cash refunds will be issued, including payments made through Klarna or any other financing or payment method.
Payments processed via Klarna are considered final and non-refundable.
Date Changes & Modifications
If a customer is unable to travel on the originally scheduled dates:
- A date change may be requested, subject to:
- Availability of the service
- Supplier rules and restrictions
- Updated rates and pricing at the time of change
- Any applicable penalties or fare differences
JOANIA TOURS USA does not guarantee the same price, conditions, or availability when modifying travel dates.
Cancellations
All cancellations are governed by the cancellation policies of the service provider, which may include:
- Partial cancellation fees
- Full cancellation penalties
- Non-Refundable (NON-REFUND) conditions
If a service is marked as NON-REFUNDABLE, this policy will apply without exception, even if the customer is unable to travel.
Unused Services
JOANIA TOURS USA is not responsible for unused services due to:
- Personal reasons
- Schedule changes
- Delays
- Flight cancellations
- Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances
Unused services are non-refundable.
